  1. I hope you enjoyed the Theorin--I really liked it and have his first novel on hand read at some point.

  2. I, too, have the London Citizens book in my reading queue--I read a chapter recently and could hardly put it down. It was recommended by a friend who knows Lynne Olson, apparently she is a gem.

Halfway through To Serve Them All My Days thanks to you and another friend's recommendation. I absolutely love it.

  3. Danielle - I did like the Theorin and want to read his first novel, as well. It was another one on that "best crime novels" list...which has proven pretty useful.

Kim - I'm eager to read Citizens of London. More familiar with Edward R. Murrow than with Harriman or Winant and look forward to learning more. I suspect that this may begin another reading itinerary.

I'm glad you're enjoying To Serve Them All My Days...it well deserves its classic status. It was one of those long books that I really didn't want to end.
