Halloween Tree Completed!

I have a new laptop that is taking some time to get used to, but is better than being off-line as I have
been.  While I was taking this lengthy, enforced blogging-break, I've continued to work on Halloween decorations and have finished the Halloween Tree and tiny ornaments and several other projects.

Most of the ornaments are paper clay, but there are a couple of signs made from little pieced of wood that I painted.
I have books to review, but I'm still in the creative mode.  Before finishing one project, I begin another.  Little bobble-head jars are some of my current favorites, but only one of the projects I've been working on.  Ho-Ho-Halloween!

Catching up on email and blogs is also taking some time.  Just got the new computer yesterday and am overwhelmed in so many ways!

  1. That Halloween tree is so cute! I love this time of year. My house is a complete mess with renovations this year and so I won't be doing any kind of decorating for any holidays I suspect. I think our kitchen will be out of operation over the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays. Not sure how that will work, but it's just this one year.

In any case, I'm loving hearing about your creative side. I'm on a quest to reread all of Louise Penny's books before I read her new one, BURY YOUR DEAD. I'm enjoying it very much.

  3. Kay - I love this time of year, too. Not only because of Halloween, but a little cooler weather! Good luck on your renovations; it can be a trying experience, but is usually worth it!

Sherri - Thanks! I have so much fun playing with these projects!

  5. :) Hard to survive without the computer any longer. On the other hand, I got a lot of housework and some creative work, too, during that week!
