I reviewed it here, but the Charlie Parker series is a completely different ball game. jenclairhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06046532245054911248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22616974.post-40427798876624574032018-05-30T07:29:51.867-05:002018-05-30T07:29:51.867-05:00I started with The Wolf in Winter which was intens...I started with The Wolf in Winter which was intense and creepy and got me interested in all of the chararacters. Or are they all pretty good?Lark https://www.blogger.com/profile/13777891312147377769noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22616974.post-46313841400557072762018-05-29T14:35:53.383-05:002018-05-29T14:35:53.383-05:00I didn't start with first book in the series, ...I didn't start with first book in the series, but went back and over the last few years have caught up on a lot of them. I think they all function pretty well as stand-alones, but there are familiar characters that intertwine the various books and a story arc that receives a little attention in each book. Warning, though, there is a lot of violence and the supernatural elements are truly evil. jenclairhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06046532245054911248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22616974.post-28073020558744061562018-05-29T13:03:44.448-05:002018-05-29T13:03:44.448-05:00I have meant to try books by this author for a rea...I have meant to try books by this author for a really long time. I keep getting distracted by others. I do like a mystery with tinge of horror, so I should try one soon. Could these be read out of order or should a reader go back to the beginning?Kayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13495669354860191042noreply@blogger.com
