Poets' Love Letters

Another offering from Poets.org -- love letters:

Keats to Fanny Brawne
Gertrude Stein to Alice B. Toklas
Lewis Carroll to Gertrude Chataway
Paul Laurence Dunbar to Alice Nelson-Dunbar

I've got about 5 more reviews that need to be finished, about 3 books in progress, and a stack of TBR.  A surplus of books at the moment.  But the weather is so beautiful!  It is just too beautiful to be inside during the day!

  1. Beautiful weather?! What is that? The whole state of Utah is in the 40s and 50s and my little area is barely making it to the 20s. But I'm still hopeful for spring. Glad you are able to get out and enjoy yourself.

BTW, I've been piecing quilts the last few months and it makes me think of you often. Trying to decide if I should start a quilt blog...

  2. :) Well, it looks like rain here today, but yesterday was the most glorious day, even better than Sunday.

Well, of course; you should definitely have a quilt blog. I'm not doing much quilting these days, but Bayou Quilts is my family and crafting blog.

  6. The weather's distracting me, too. There's so much to hurry up and get done before the mosquitoes come out and it becomes too hot to function (at least, that's true of me -- heat gives me migraines and I'm allergic to mosquito bites). Enjoy the weather!

  7. Bookfool - I know exactly what you mean! We have to get Do Nuts for the pond before the larvae begin! It is less a problem with the heat for me; I can take dry heat, but I can't stand the combination of heat and humidity. Get out the OFF, Nancy, the mosquitoes, heat, and humidity are arriving soon!
