When I ordered my copy of The Brain that Changes Itself by Norman Doidge, I didn't check the receipt closely and received not one, but two copies. Originally, I read this as a library book, and I wanted my own ...just not two copies! You can read my review of the book here.

hm, I am reading Chime because of you and Nancy. It is really good so far! I am also really enjoy The Autobiography of Mrs. Tom Thumb. I would have liked to have finished them, but I didn't get much reading done this weekend.

I recently read Where She Went by Gayle Forman and it was really amazing.
Yikes! I missed the drawing & I'm stateside where postage is cheaper. Pout. I love it when you get on a brain books spree!
Bybee - I think you would like this book. I read a library copy first, and I loved it. You would probably also like Musicophilia by Oliver Sacks.
