Just a few more...

I have only 4 books left to review, but by the time I get them done, I will probably have finished the one in progress.

The fact that the two Webber books combined were around 1700 pages is probably the only reason I believe I can catch up. Ordinarily, that many pages would be at least 4 or 5 books.

When I get behind with reviewing, there seems to be no way to avoid falling further behind.

You don't just stop reading, do you?

You don't say, "I won't read another book until I catch up on reviews." You just read another book, and then another, and the list of reviews gets longer.

  1. Yep, it never ends. I was nearly caught up, but I finished a book this morning, then another in the afternoon. I'm going to skip reviewing one of them, though, because I hated it and I just feel like focusing on the books I love.

  2. I've accepted that reviewing all the books I read would be almost impossible. I do feel sad when I get behind on talking about books I loved, though!

  3. bookfool - :) And so many left to read!

Eva - If you wait to long, you can't find the quotes you wanted to use or the sections you meant to discuss. What a dilemma - read and digest and get behind or read and review.

  4. I struggle to stay on top of things but I'm always so behind on book reviewing - and you are right, there's no way I'll stop reading to catch up :)

Ah well, we'll get to them when we can!

  5. Iliana - Sometimes it feels like a full-time job, doesn't it? Not a bad place to be--since there are always more books to read!
