Stack of TBR

Here are some of the library books I picked up the other day. There are several more - a couple by my bed and a couple by my chair. Currently, I have about 5 books that are in progress. The one that is actually getting my attention is Ghostwalk by Rebecca Stott.

  1. What does the question mark on the spine signify? The titles aren't clueing me into the meaning.

  3. Oh! I had "Ghostwalk" down in my notebook too - as one of the titles to look out for. But I can't seem to find it in the library yet. It looks interesting, doesn't it?

  4. Jill -- the question marks are one of the designations for mysteries. I'm on a mystery kick again.

Booklogged -- Yes, indeed. I hope for the best in light entertainment!

Orpheus -- Ghostwalk will probably be in your library soon. So far it is pretty interesting, but not what I expected. Sir Isaac Newton has recently appeared...

  5. I see a Will Thomas in there! I read the first book in a series by him for the Summer Mystery Challenge and really liked it. Some Danger Involved-that was the title. I wish my library had the sequels!

  6. Ooh I love going on mystery kicks :)
I'm so curious about some of these books, especially Limehouse Text and Reincarnationist. Can't wait to hear how Ghostwalk is as well.

  9. Eva -- I'm glad to hear you enjoyed a book by Thomas as he is a new author for me!

iliana -- Mystery kicks feel so self-indulgent, don't they? I'll let you know how they measure up.

Heather -- The Blackest Bird is another one I'd never heard of but liked the title and the cover. I hope it's good!

Gentle Reader -- I'm already enjoying the mysteries!
