Enter Sir Robert by Angela Thirkell -   Also from Beaufort Books
I'm Dancing as Fast as I Can by Barbara Gordon -   Another one from the nice people at Beaufort Books

Murder at Beechlands by Maureen Sarsfield - I ordered this after seeing the review at In So Many Words

I'm going to have to forego the library for a while....because there are more ARCs and Amazon orders on the way.

  2. bookmagic - I really like the cover on this one, a little Edward Gory-esque, and I'm expecting an Agatha Christie era ambiance. :)

Kailana - Thanks, I'm getting a little behind and a little overwhelmed, but in a good way!

  3. I've heard good things about Thirkell too. A coworker told me that if I liked Trollope I would like Thirkell. I do like Trollope but haven't gotten around to trying Thirkell yet.

  4. Jill - :) It has been a good week for mail!

Stefanie - It has been years since I've read any Trollope, but I enjoyed the ones I read. Hope Thirkell will prove as good!

  5. It's been a while since I've heard anything about Thirkell! Thanks for reintroducing these books. Yes, Thirkell is a pretty well-known author of times past. I hadn't heard of Beaufort Books, though.
